TRAINING
Your moments in your spaces
There was a moment early on in my training as an improviser when I tried one of my improv tools out at work. I was amazed to discover that moment lead - within weeks - to nearly doubling my income and making me a valued collaborator with the directors in my organization.
Later, after time spent in marketing and finance, I spent years working at an organization that connected professionals with consultants and trainers, and I became fascinated by training styles and approaches. I learned that we learn very little by being taught - and much more by being put in a position to make our own discoveries.
For ten years now, it's been a great joy for me to work with organizations from all industries (and with parents!) - creating moments that help us examine how, why, and with whom we communicate. In doing that, clients gain tools to help break down silos; to manage conflict and challenging feedback; and to establish leadership through an inspiring vision.
